How the shop works
The shop uses a session to keep your cart, let you sign in and protect forms. These features rely on the information needed to provide the service you request.
Interface preferences may be stored in your browser. You can delete cookies and local data in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset your preferences.
Each page has one address per language. A cookie remembers the language of the pages you last viewed for one year, so the home page opens in that language. Without that cookie, your browser’s language is used.
Your choices about external videos and ad measurement are kept for 6 months in the oxsea_consent cookie, after which you are asked again.
Maps and external content
The brand film uses the YouTube player. It only loads after you have allowed external videos and asked to play it. You can change this choice with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the page. School tutorials are hosted directly on this shop.
The Google Maps map on the retailers page only loads after you click “Show the Google Maps map.” You can browse the list of retail locations and open their location links without loading the embedded map.
Clicking a link to a partner or a social network opens that service. The provider then applies its own privacy and cookie rules.
Audience measurement
The shop measures its traffic with its own tool, hosted on its own servers, to understand how it is used and improve it: pages viewed, where visits come from (search engine, social network, campaign, link), device type, interactions with pages, loading speed and checkout steps. This information is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Two cookies are used: one recognizes your browser for up to 13 months from your first visit and is never extended; the other groups the pages of a single visit and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your IP address is not recorded. The content of forms (contact details, addresses, messages) is never read; only the words typed into search fields are kept to improve results. Detailed data is kept for up to 25 months; only anonymous statistics are kept after that.
Because it is limited to the site’s audience and performance, this measurement falls under the consent exemption provided by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for audience measurement tools. You can opt out at any time on this browser:

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram
With your consent, the shop uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited in Europe, Meta Platforms, Inc. elsewhere) to measure how its Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show them to people who may be interested. The following are shared: pages and products viewed, searches, items added to your cart and favorites, checkout steps, account creation, order requests and purchases, with their amount.
The pixel sets the _fbp cookie, which recognizes your browser for 90 days, and, if you arrive from a Meta ad, the _fbc cookie, which remembers that click for 90 days. Our servers also send these events to Meta, with your IP address and browser; when you place an order or create an account, they add your email, phone number, name and address in hashed form (SHA-256), which Meta compares with the information in its own accounts.
Without your consent, nothing is loaded or shared with Meta. You can give or withdraw your consent at any time; it is kept for 6 months. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as an opt-out. Meta also uses this information for its own purposes and may transfer it to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework.
