What’s the difference between the OX500, OX1000 and OX2000?
The OX500 is the compact 0.5-liter format with a built-in mouthpiece. The OX1000 steps up to 1 liter and the OX2000 to 2.3 liters, both with an external regulator and a harness. The OX2000 also includes an external pressure gauge. First choose how you want to carry your tank, then your refill option.
Compare the three modelsHow long does a tank last?
Stated air times are up to 8 minutes for the 0.5-liter tanks, up to 15 minutes for the OX1000 and up to 25 minutes for the OX2000. These are estimates: depth, exertion, breathing and conditions of use all affect air consumption. Always monitor your air supply; a stated time is no substitute for checking.
How do I choose between a pump and a compressor?
The manual pump refills the OX500 without electricity and requires physical effort. The Mini Compressor gives you more flexibility: a 12 V battery with alligator clips, or AC power with a compatible supply. Allow about 12 min for OX500 and 20 min for OX1000. The more powerful Power Compressor prioritizes speed and runs on AC only: about 5 min for OX500, 12 min for OX1000, and 20 to 25 min for OX2000. Only the Power is compatible with OX2000. US AC input voltage, frequency, and plug remain to be confirmed. Times are estimates per tank; follow the duty cycles in the manual.
See refill optionsCan I use a bike pump or a workshop compressor?
No. Filling requires equipment that is compatible with the system’s pressure and the required breathing-air quality. Only use the refill methods approved for your model. Never replace breathing air with pure oxygen.
Do I need training to use an OXSEA mini tank?
No. OXSEA tanks are designed to be accessible to everyone, with no training required. Before first use, read your model’s user manual and check your equipment. Look after it after every dive: a small tank still needs well-maintained gear and the usual precautions.
Prepare for responsible useCan I take my gear on a plane?
Contact your airline before you leave to find out its acceptance and preparation requirements. The rules depend on the carrier and the equipment. Never travel with a pressurized tank, and don’t take equipment apart without the procedure for your model.
Where can I find the tutorials and user manuals?
OXSEA tutorials are gathered in School, by model and by accessory. To get the user manual for your product’s reference and generation, contact our team. The videos complement the user manual.

Find your requests and orders in your customer account. You can also look up tracking with your order reference and the email address you used. For a purchase from a retailer, contact that store.
Look up trackingHow do I request a return or a repair?
Contact us with your order reference, the model and the reason for your request. For a technical problem, guided troubleshooting helps you prepare a support case. Wait for shipping instructions before sending back any pressurized equipment.
Shipping, returns and after-sales serviceCan I change my shipping address?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order reference and the new address. We’ll check how far along the order is and whether it can be changed. Updating an address in your account does not automatically change an existing order.
